Tanya joined MWM in January 2020 and serves as the Office Administrator. She assists the team with various aspects of client data management, helps to develop new systems, and ensures office operations run smoothly. Tanya's 22 years of non-profit administrative coordination and support experience has translated well into office management.

Tanya is a native San Diegan residing in north county. She shares her life with her two daughters and their rescue pup Elway. Tanya spends her free time watching her daughters play field hockey, enjoying local beaches and time with friends and family.
